Work Order System
The Woonsocket School Department is currently using a work order system developed by SchoolDude. You can log into our work order system from the link below. Documentation of how to setup your WED SchoolDude account and how to create new work orders can also be found below.
This system will allow for better routing, scheduling and communication of all
work orders. If you have any questions or concerns with Facilities work orders please call X629.
If you have any questions or concerns with IT(Technology) work orders please contact X635.
To setup your school dude account follow the steps listed below.
1.) Click on the "New Work Order System" link on the previous page.
2.) Type in your e-mail and last name when prompted. View Screenshot
3.) Type in your other contact information when prompted. View Screenshot
Your account has now been created. Refer to the user documentation if needed to fill in a work request.
