This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
Welcome to the Woonsocket Education Department’s Online Registration Process
Please be sure that you have the required information listed below before beginning your child(ren)’s online registration

  1. Assessments (if applicable)
  2. Copy of student’s Individual Education Program IEP (if applicable)
  3. Copy of student’s 504 Plan (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residency – The Woonsocket Education Department requires two (2) documents verifying Woonsocket residence for the student(s) being enrolled.  You must provide one (1) document from category A and one (1) document from category B.  Please feel free to black out any sensitive financial/personal information included on your documents.

Property Tax Bill (past year) Current Vehicle Registration
Section 8 Agreement Payroll Stub (last 30 days)
